The Academy is governed by a dual-core structure comprising the Council and the Academic Committee, with a clear separation between administration and academic authority. The Council oversees governance and decision-making; the Academic Committee independently exercises academic assessment and standard-setting; and the Secretariat carries out day-to-day operations.
